‘Memory in East End’ is a Great Ace Attorney zine based around the character Gina Lestrade from DGS/TGAA. This zine WILL have spoilers of The Great Ace Attorney: Adventures and The Great Ace Attorney: Resolve. We are not associated with Capcom in any way.This zine is a digital release that we hope to include digital merch as well. All downloadable digital merch and the zine will be free.This zine will be a safe for work zine. We will be allowing collaborations between writers and artists.We will be allowing ships in this zine, but we will not be allowing ships that include massive age gaps and adult/minor content. If you do ship those things, that is your business, but we ask if you join to keep your piece a gen piece or another approved ship.
This schedule is due to change, but we will keep our contributors and supporters updated if any drastic ones are made. Dates are in DD/MM/YYYY format.

- You must be 13 years or older to apply for this zine.
- You must not draw or write anything that is not safe for work in this zine. This is a safe for work project only.
- We must be able to see the examples of your work you send in your portfolios. If it links to somewhere such as Google Drive, make sure sharing is turned on so anyone can see it. If you do not allow viewing, we will reject your application.
- By selecting to be a ‘pinch hitter’ will NOT influence your chances to be accepted into the main zine.
- This zine WILL have spoilers of The Great Ace Attorney: Adventures and The Great Ace Attorney: Resolve. Please take that into mind when applying.
- Any content that is made must not be shared until AFTER the publishing date unless stated otherwise. This includes spoilers or teases of the piece.
- We will not be accepting AI artwork or written fics whatsoever. If you are caught making this for your piece, you will be removed from the project immediately.
Artist Portfolio Guidelines:
The link to your portfolio must include:
- Four or more finished art pieces (We would love to have no work in progress art or sketches)
- No not safe for work examples of art.
- Your art must be either digital or, if traditional, scanned in high quality. The former is encouraged.
- Samples related to The Great Ace Attorney / Gina Lestrade are encouraged, but not required.
Writer Portfolio Guidelines:
The link to your portfolio must include:
- At least two or more finished pieces of writing (We would love to have no work in progress writing)
- No not safe for work writing
- All examples must be 5,000 words or less
- The minimum word count will be 1,000 and the maximum will be 5,000.
- Samples related to The Great Ace Attorney / Gina Lestrade are encouraged, but not required. Note that with Gina, you will need to learn how to write Cockney accent and we will help you with resources on how to learn to do so if you don’t know yet.
Artist Final Contributor Guidelines
- All contributions must be a fully completed illustration with a minimum of 300 dpi in any size within reason.
- -All art contributions must be sent in a high quality png format into the designated discord channel.
Writer Final Contributor Guidelines
- All contributions must be between a minimum of 1,000 words and maximum of 5,000 words. Grammar, Punctuation, and characterization does need to be accurate.
- All writing contributions must be submitted in google doc format into the designated discord channel.

An unofficial publication known as a fanzine is one that is created by enthusiasts of a specific cultural phenomenon for the enjoyment of other people who have similar interests.How old do contributors have to be?
All contributors must be at least 13 at the time of application.Will this zine contain not safe for work content?
This zine is fully safe for work.Is this zine physical or digital?
This zine will be digital only.Can I apply for more than one position?
Of course, you can apply for as many as you like, however, you may only make one position for the final zine piece.Do I need zine experience/skills?
Not at all, we encourage all types of writers and artists to take part in this zine! While skill does not matter, we recommend having some basic skills (e.g. rough anatomy).How long will I have?
You will have up to three months to complete your piece for the zine with three check ins during that period. Any issues can be raised with a mod.What if I need extra time?
Although we have a creation period, we understand that people may have issues come up during that are beyond your control. We are open to any extra time you may need, just hit us with a message and we can get that sorted as soon as possible.
